La giudice Iolanda Apostolico lascia la magistratura. La Lega esulta: adesso entra nel partito comunista.
Ve la ricordate? La giudice, quasi ex, fu la prima a disapplicare il decreto denominato “Cutro” sul trattenimento dei migranti in arrivo dai “Paesi sicuri” e fu fortemente criticata dal Centrodestra ed in particolare dalla Lega di Salvini.
Si è dimessa richiedendo la cessazione dal servizio in magistratura, al tribunale di Catania dove prestava servizio. Sarà ex magistrato dalla data del 15 dicembre 2024. Le giudice civile a Catania fu la prima in Italia a disapplicare la legge del governo che trattava di immigrazione irregolare. Poi finì al centro delle polemiche per l’uscita nell’ottobre del 2023 di un video risalente al 2018 dove si vedeva in un porto del Sud, protestando contro la Polizia, davanti ad una nave ONG bloccata al porto da Salvini , allora ministro degli Interni. Quindi si trovava in una manifestazione pro migranti e contro il ministro Salvini. Poi successivamente venne fuori un altro video che la ritraeva seduta in un motorino dove viaggiava senza casco con un’altra persona.
La lega saputa la notizia ha subito commentato sui social così: «Meglio tardi che mai — scrive in una nota il partito di Salvini — ora potrà comportarsi come una esponente di Rifondazione comunista senza creare imbarazzi».
Dopo il caso di “Luca Palamara”, ex magistrato ed ex presidente dell’ANM, l’associazione Nazionale Magistrati, “beccato” con le mani nella marmellata a complottare contro il ministro Salvini nel pieno delle sue funzioni e democraticamente eletto, si pensava che il famoso “Sistema” fosse finito per sempre. Invece sembra che nulla sia cambiato, che la parte della magistratura che fa politica con le sentenza sia assolutamente viva e vegeta. Molti fatti successi dopo il caso “Palamara” sembrerebbero indicare che nulla sia cambiato e che anzi stia emergendo sempre di più il fenomeno che prima rimaneva sottobanco.
Dopo che l’hanno beccata con le mani nella marmellata (manifestazione, scooter senza casco, …). Meglio così, i giudici schierati non dovrebbero fare i giudici…
